WhERE TO FIND ME...

IN PERSON

I am based in central Shrewsbury, and have a home studio for 1-2-1 appointments for either Mat-based or Reformer Pilates.

Small group classes are held in the heart of the town centre and by the river in vibrant Coleham.  These are also the meeting points for my weekly social runs, which follow a Pilates for Runners class.

I also work with Shropshire Pilates founder Wendy Joelson to offer a Pilates Run Club in Church Stretton and teach general Pilates in the Stretton area.

Monthly Pilates and social running events are held in a variety of different locations, combining a short activation workout, longer run and stretching class after. Look out for these on Facebook and Instagram!

ONLINE

I hold weekly live, online, small group classes to compliment your running programme - options range from Pilates for Runners to traditional Matwork and can also include use of small equipment such as hand weights and foam rollers.

Recordings are available after each class, and on demand workouts can be purchased with unlimited access via my YouTube channel.

I also offer a free, monthly, social stretching class to subscribers which is a great chance to catch up, and sample a class if you're new to Pilates!

trail run + pilates events

Join us for a morning of Pilates and Trail running, exploring a beautiful location in a friendly group!

We usually start with a short Pilates activation class, focused on mobility and strengthening exercises to switch on key muscle groups and ensure you are feeling good and ready to go for your run.

The trail or route tends to be between 3-5 miles, with options to accommodate different levels of experience within the group. No need to worry if you are newer to trail running, the focus is on enjoying the views and company rather than chasing down PBs!

On our return we have around 20-30 minutes of Pilates to stretch out and relax, before we finish up and likely head to a local cafe for some coffee, cake and chat!

Check out Facebook for the latest dates and events.
